About the Role
We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer with strong logical thinking and the ability to design scalable, secure systems. You’ll work across our stack — with Node.js and React at the core — to build customer-facing features, backend services, and integrations with our AI-powered identity and payment platform. This is a role for builders who enjoy solving complex problems and bringing elegant solutions into production.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop customer-facing applications in React, ensuring high performance, intuitive UX, and responsive design.
- Build, test, and maintain backend services in Node.js, with clean architecture and scalable APIs.
- Implement secure integrations with payment providers, loyalty systems, and biometric identity services.
- Architect and refine microservices on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) using Docker/Kubernetes.
- Translate product requirements into technical designs, proposing logical workflows and system interactions.
- Work fast under pressure, iterating quickly to meet tight deadlines while maintaining code quality.
- Ensure system reliability and scalability, with proper error handling, monitoring, and performance tuning.
- Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to integrate models and multimodal data into real-world applications.
- Work closely with product managers and designers to turn business logic into usable, production-ready features.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines through automated tests, code reviews, and deployment improvements.
- Document technical decisions, system flows, and logic for clarity across teams.
- Continuously experiment and bring new ideas, improving efficiency, security, and user experience.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong proficiency in Node.js and React.
- Experience with microservices on GCP, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with secure API development and system integration.
- Familiarity with Git workflows, Confluent (Kafka), and Argo for orchestration and pipelines
- Ability to work independently and deliver under pressure.
- Bonus: Python and React Native experience.
