Core Brand Colours
Secondary Colors
Aye’s secondary color palette has been designed to support our core brand colors, bringing versatility, clarity and a modern edge to all applications. These colors are used consistently across our pitch deck, AyeFace application and sales materials to enhance accessibility, create visual hierarchy and maintain a cohesive brand presence.
Use the elements in your piece of communication to determine the color of your logo for maximum contrast and clarity.
If your background is light, you should be using a Gradient logo. If your background is dark, use the logo in Gradient or White.
Over photography, you may use White, but be sure it is clear and legible.
Never use the logo in any of the secondary colors.
Logo Construction Grid
Clear Space & Minimum Size
To ensure clarity and brand consistency across all digital and print applications, follow these specifications when using the Aye or AyeFace logo:
Minimum Size
The logo must never appear smaller than 0.5 inches (12.7 mm) in width for print or 72 pixels in width for digital applications.
This ensures legibility of all elements, including gradients and letterforms.
Clear Space
Maintain a minimum clear space equal to the height of the “A” in the Aye logo (or “A” in AyeFace) on all sides.
No text, images, or other graphic elements should appear within this space.
Example: If the height of the “A” is 20 px in your layout, leave at least 20 px of blank space around the logo on all sides.
Aspect Ratio
Always scale the logo proportionally to maintain its original aspect ratio.
Stretching, squashing, rotating, or otherwise altering the logo’s shape is prohibited.
Examples of Correct Use
Scaling the logo proportionally from 200 px wide to 100 px wide.
Placing the logo on a white or approved brand-color background with correct clear space.
Black #000000, Light Grey #F3F2F3, Gradient (#E62135, #FF4B2D,#FF9925, #FDBF12) accordingly.
Examples of Incorrect Use
Placing the logo at 50 px wide (below the minimum size).
Adding shadows, outlines, or effects not provided in the official asset files.
Changing the gradient or colors.
General Positioning
This guidance applies across all digital and print applications, whether in portrait or landscape format.
When building a composition, position the Aye logotype in one of the four corners, or align it along the vertical center for balanced impact. Use the space confidently — the logo should stand out. Be bold, be proud, and don’t be shy about size.
Minimum size rule: Avoid scaling the logotype smaller than one-third the width of the canvas. Anything smaller, and we lose the presence that makes Aye unmistakable.
Rotation
We typically display the Aye logotype flat at a 0° angle — horizontal is our default. This applies across most platforms: the app, website, social media, and standard ad formats.
In select cases, the logotype may be rotated 90° to better fit tall, narrow layouts. This vertical treatment lets us scale up the logo without crowding the design. You’ll see this in vertical ad spaces (like skyscraper banners), physical banners, merchandise, or playful brand moments like stationery.
To maintain clarity and impact, do not use the logotype at a size smaller than one-third of the canvas width.
Logo Do’s and Don’ts
Maintain proper spacing around the logo to ensure visibility and clarity.
Use the logo in its original colors and proportions; avoid distorting or altering it.
Ensure the logo is legible by using it against backgrounds with adequate contrast.
Use high-resolution versions of the logo for crisp reproduction across various mediums.
Avoid placing the logo in crowded or visually cluttered areas to maintain its impact.
Do not combine the logo with other graphics or elements that may detract from its visibility or meaning.
Always refer to the brand guidelines for specific rules and restrictions regarding logo usage.
General Rules
Do not recreate or modify these assets. If new collateral is needed, coordinate with Aye’s marketing team for authorisation.
When co-branding with Aye or other partner logos, ensure Aye’s logo(s) is easily legible and balanced in size relative to others.
