At Aye, we’re building the future of retail and payments — and the heart of that future is our ecosystem of users. As our Community Marketer, you’ll be the voice, connector, and advocate for everyone in this ecosystem: consumers, merchants, and partners.
This isn’t just about managing channels — it’s about creating meaningful engagement, sparking conversations, and turning users into passionate advocates of what we’re building.
Your role goes beyond posting content or running ads. You’ll be building relationships, driving conversations, and creating spaces where tech, retail, and fintech enthusiasts connect, learn, and co-create. From hackathons and merchant workshops to social media storytelling and community activations — you’ll make Aye a brand everyone can participate. We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes community, is deeply curious about fintech and retail innovation, and knows how to turn complex ideas into stories that resonate.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and grow Aye’s community ecosystem across digital platforms (X/Twitter, Telegram, Discord & WhatsApp etc.), ensuring active engagement and authentic connection.
- Lead community initiatives — from organizing hackathons, tech gatherings, and startup meetups to hosting merchant workshops and loyalty innovation events.
- Turn stories into movement — craft creative content around Aye’s mission, product milestones, and customer success that resonates with entrepreneurs, developers, and merchants.
- Foster collaboration between users, partners, and the product team by listening to community insights and turning feedback into action.
- Create measurable impact — grow active participation, event attendance, and content engagement while strengthening brand advocacy.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and business development teams to align campaigns and amplify key initiatives.
- Analyze community data and sentiment, turning insights into strategies that scale engagement and loyalty.
- Plan and execute educational campaigns that build awareness and deepen participation in both online and offline communities.
- Listen, learn, and respond to community feedback, creating a strong feedback loop with product and business teams.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in community building, user acquisition, digital engagement, or brand marketing — ideally in tech, fintech, or consumer-facing products.
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling communities, both online and offline.
- Confident in event planning and execution (hackathons, workshops, meetups).
- Strong storytelling and content creation skills — you know how to make complex ideas simple and inspiring.
- A natural connector and communicator, comfortable engaging with diverse audiences from developers to retailers.
- Analytical and data-driven — you use insights to guide your strategies.
- Passionate about startups, innovation, and the future of retail and payments.
